In current organisations, we are not merely confined to executing roles regards payroll, recruitment, discipline and the normal mundane activities. Orgaanizations have moved from backroom to boardroom and greater demands are placed on employees. Besides these demands, we are also required to update and equip itself with the various laws, regulations and procedures in employee management. In any organization there is an employer-employee relationship. This relationship like all other relationships is not exempt of issues and problems. The management and approach taken to resolve these issues in critical to the well-being of the organisation.
