The Art & Technique of Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills (PSDM)

Whether in personal or professional spheres, problems are common occurrences that can thwart or frustrate the achievement of the desired outcome. Problems can come from various sources or resources. It is important to identify the problem right so that the right solution can be generated and proposed. In coming up with the right solution, left and right-brain tools and techniques need to be applied. This session aims to facilitate the participants to gain various problem-solving and decision-making techniques, which they can apply at their workplaces in order to assist their team and superiors to achieve the results desired, which in turn will facilitate the organization to stay progressive and competitive.
