The “Art of Project Management” is introduced to participants in the “Basic Project Management” course. It gives the necessary language, definitions, concepts, and terminology to the participants. The course walks learners through a project in ten simple steps that combine theory and practical applications. Participants will be able to utilise their newly acquired knowledge in their day-to-day jobs after completing the course.
