Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ)

Problem solving is a fundamental element in retaining and achieving operational excellence semiconductor industry. There are numerous problem-solving models being used widely but the problem is to determine an optimal solution to the constraints of respective industry. The most common approach of problem solving is via trial and error per insight pattern where problems are being tackled and resolved in quick manner, which eventually the actual root cause and resolve the problem for good. TRIZ is a structure methodology that is capable to determine the optimal solution in industry.
