Although the customer is always correct, this does not mean that all customers are simple to work with. Customers can be downright rebellious, as anyone who has worked with them knows. You must, however, deal with them if you want to stay in business. The key to offering a great customer experience is to find ways that assist you disarm and win over dissatisfied customers.

Great customer experiences are important for gaining and keeping customers, but the real test comes when something goes wrong, when you screw something up so severely that it might make or break the relationship, when you realise what happened was not a simple error, but a colossal blunder.
