The field of managing innovations is known as innovation management. From concept to launch, it can be utilised to produce product/service, process, or business model innovation. Change Management is a strategy for moving people, teams, and organisations from their current state to a desired future state. It refers to the methods, tools, and tactics used to manage the human aspect of change in order to achieve a certain corporate goal.
