Conducting Domestic Inquiry

A Domestic Inquiry (DI) is an internal investigation process used by an employer to look into an employee’s behaviour at work and determine whether the individual has committed any misconduct. The DI is a procedure that permits the accused employee to defend himself against the charges levelled against him.
