Performance Appraisal and Dialogue is a documented and time-sensitive interaction between a supervisor and an employee that ensures organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. The dialogue provides an opportunity to share professional aspirations, as well as establish work objectives and developing priorities, explore developmental/training alternatives, celebrate successes, and determine areas for improvement.
