Being a leader in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world can be quite daunting. The present world requires a special breed of leaders – people who not only can plan, execute and monitor the outcome, but also able to take the weight of constant change and make corresponding changes in the ways the plan is being executed. And they do so responsively, confidently and with grit. In many instances too, these leaders do not just react, they act and create change.
