We Provide Trainings Under PENJANA Hiring Incentives


WHAT IS PENJANA?
The National Economic Recovery Plan (PENJANA) is a government initiative to convince Malaysians to cope with the economic crisis during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, to revive the country’s economy.
It also helps to develop safety practices through contactless payment and to assist the public health authorities through the MySejahtera application to promote contact tracing for Covid-19.
WHAT IS TRAINING PROGRAM UNDER HIRING INCENTIVES?
An incentive provided by the government through SOCSO for employers to train employees who have been hired under the Hiring Incentives (IPK- Insentif PenjanaKerjaya).
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE TRAINING?
- School-leavers and fresh graduates.
- Unemployed persons.
- Disabled persons.
- VSS / retrenched.
STEPS TO APPLY THE HIRING INCENTIVE AND TRAINING PROGRAMME.
MNOSYS have been providing some training courses to PENJANA users only. Here is the courses that MNOSYS provide.
Below are the steps to take a MNOSYS’s course :
Step 1 – Register and update profile on MYFutureJobs through www.myfuturejobs.gov.my. For more information about the registration account, please visit the guidelines.
Step 2 – Register and post your vacancy on MYFutureJobs through www.myfuturejobs.gov.my or other job portals. For more information, please visit the site.
Step 3 – Go to penjanakerjaya.perkeso.gov.my to register your employer profile.
Step 4 – After registration, search “MNOSYS SDN BHD” at the MyFutureJob search portal.
Step 5 – Finally, choose the course that you wish to enroll.
