8D Problem Solving

Systematic problem solving is an approach that leads to root cause identification that leads to permanent fixes for most of the problems that we face during our day to day work. One of the tools described well is 8D (Disciplines) problem solving which is a structured process for solving problems or finding opportunities. However, this common-sense approach is quite uncommon in our day to day work. Making it a habit drives us towards World Class Manufacturing. Problem solving skill is always a critical success factor in any organization especially when business grows in complexity and competitiveness.

This two-day problem-solving training is customized toward deliberate creativity, going beyond conventional thinking using 8D methodology.
