In the business world, change is never easy. A common first reaction to change is panic or scepticism.

In this workshop, we will explore the main challenges like the feelings of cynicism and fear, lack of applied knowledge, lack of practiced skills, hidden conflicts that undermine your efforts and unwritten rules that work against change.

The workshop syllabus is designed with a strong focus on practical models to support the application of change management. The models covered can also be used as the basis for developing a broader organisational change management framework. In addition to that, participants will also learn how to implement the change to increase organizational productivity and profitability.
