Communication is a critical exercise for individuals and organizations to fulfill various needs and objectives. Communicating effectively starts with the individual – how he/she communicates intrapersonal. By communicating positively with him/herself, the process of communicating with others (interpersonally) – especially customers – can be carried out more effectively, and it, therefore, minimizes possible losses e.g. time and opportunity to the people and the organization.
This program has been designed to fit the needs of employees of The Habitat based on the needs identified and set by its management.
