Implementing Factory 4.0

Industry 4.0 which started in Germany to combat the rising cost labor cost has now expanded throughout the world as companies are now seeing how to implement these concepts in their own organization. Many of the organization have grasped the idea in theory but where do they start and how to implement it, more so how to justify for the capital cost to be implemented. The maturity of the organization is critical to the implementation roadmap, may it be SME, small multinational or large multinational companies. The leadership and people component are key success factors which many organization does not pay full attention and thus fails during the implementation phase.
