Power of ONE Engagement Workshop

Purpose: Ensure the team is aligned, synergise towards 2022 and beyond.

The scope of this workshop is to help the team;

1. See, own and achieve their commitments to each other

2. Think and operate in a structured and cohesive manner in tune to the needs and changes within the company

3. The ambition of this workshop is to provide the team members with Action Reflection Learning tools so that they can apply to their workplace and achieve the desired outcomes. This will help the team develop confidence and practice key skills, competencies, new behaviours and team development concepts and tools in stepping up their alignment, execution and accountability for results.
